What we're building

VVT Lab combines process redesign with practical AI tooling inside elderly care organisations — reducing documentation pressure, improving handovers and making technology adoption something teams actually want.

Why now

Language models finally handle unstructured care documentation well enough to be useful, and care organisations are under real pressure to change. Responsible, well-governed adoption is the bottleneck, not the technology.
